Become a Hunger Champion

Hunger Champions are stepping up this March to advocate and raise funds to support our Central Florida neighbors in need!

Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida's In It Together Virtual Experience will help support efforts to get more vitally needed food out into the community, especially for those who were impacted by the pandemic as we approach the one-year mark during the month of March. 

Our Hunger Champions are incredible advocates that help get the word out about hunger in our community, all while helping to fundraise for our Central Florida neighbors in need. The Hunger Champion who raises the most donations through this fundraiser will have the honor of achieving the Top Hunger Champion Award during the event - and the best part? 100% of the proceeds raised in the Hunger Champion contest will go directly to Second Harvest to help our neighbors in need!

Who are the Hunger Champions?

These are amazing individuals from the community who support our cause and mission and volunteer their time and talent to help make In It Together a success, helping to feed as many of our neighbors in need as possible!

Hunger Champions fundraise prior and during the virtual experience – this is not only a fundraiser, but a competition to see who will be named Top Hunger Champion. Each dollar raised will help provide 4 meals to our Central Florida neighbors in need!

With a little work and a lot of fun, our Hunger Champions make a big difference in the lives of children, families and seniors, all while providing hope to our community. After all, we are all "In It Together"!
