Some of Napa’s finest wineries will open their doors to you for VIP tours and private tastings of internationally celebrated Napa Valley wines. When it’s time to relax, retreat to your private wine country guest house, furnished with antiques and collected original art, located on a quiet, secluded country road just outside St. Helena. What better way to wind down from the day than with a game of bocce played on your private court, glass of wine in hand, on the edge of a world-class vineyard?

Important things to know about the Insider’s Trip to Napa Valley:
- Winning Bidder can choose when to book the trip. 3-6 month advance booking requested, subject to availability.
- Travel and meals are not included in the package.
- Cleaning Fee: $150 cleaning fee for 2-couple stays, or a $75 cleaning fee for 1-couple stays, is due upon booking.
- Additional Nights available for purchase.
- At time of booking winner will select wine tastings from a curated list and winner will be responsible for scheduling winner’s wine tasting experiences.
- Trip expires April 18, 2021 (stay must be completed prior to the expiration date).
- Winner must be 21 or older by date of drawing.
Official Contest Rules:
- Charity Chance Drawing Beneficiary: Proceeds from this chance drawing benefit Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida. Main facility address: 411 Mercy Drive, Orlando, FL 32805.
- Eligibility: The Insider’s Trip to Napa Valley Charity Chance Drawing is open only to legal residents of the contiguous 48 United States and D.C. who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida employees and members of their households and immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses) are not eligible to participate in or win the drawing. All federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations apply. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, and where prohibited.
- How to Enter: Chance sales ($25 per chance) begin on Monday, April 13th, 2020 and end on Saturday, April 18th, 2020 at approximately 12:00pm. Chances will be available for purchase online at Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida website: www.FeedHopeNow.org/napa through Saturday, April 18th, 2020. Chances purchased online will be entered into the drawing, but no ticket stubs will be mailed. Upon issuance of a chance in the drawing, all sales are final and non-refundable. No purchase is necessary to enter. Participants may enter for a chance without purchasing by e-mailing Maureen Mikel, Development Manager, at mmikel@feedhopenow.org.
- Grand Prize: Grand Prize Winner will take ownership of the Certificate for the Insider’s Trip to Napa Valley listed at www.feedhopenow.org/napa. Winner is responsible for pick-up of their prize at 411 Mercy Dr. Orlando, FL. 32805 and will be required to provide Driver's license or other government issued identification and sign a release of liability form prior to accepting their prize. Prizes are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value in the event the advertised prize is no longer available.
- Selection and Notification of Winners: Winners will be selected by random drawing from all entries on Saturday, April 18th, 2020, at approximately 12:00pm at Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida 411 Mercy Dr. Orlando, FL 32805 and notified via phone or email by Wednesday, April 22nd, 2020. If potential winner(s) cannot be reached after 10 days from first notification attempt, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited.
- Publicity Release: Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida may use winners’ names and likenesses for publicity purposes without further compensation or notification.
- Release of Liability: Participants and winners release Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida and their respective partners, vendors, agents, representatives, board members, sponsors, service agencies and independent contractors, and each of their respective directors, officers, partners, employees and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability with respect to participation in the chance drawing and possession or use of the prize awarded and also acknowledge that they did not receive any representations, warranty or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize, including but not limited to its quality. In the case of any dispute, the decision of Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida shall be final.
Tax Obligations and Fees Associated with Prizes: Winners shall be responsible for any and all federal, state and local income or excise taxes associated with prize. All taxes, resort fees, destination charges, any other costs that may be associated with the certificate, and all other expenses not specified herein and related to the acceptance and use of the certificate are winner’s sole responsibility.
