Benefiting: Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida

Grand Prize: An in person networking brunch with leaders! A Gift Basket chance drawing that you specify!

Important things to know about Brunchn' with the Bosses:

  • Winning donator will coordinate Brunchn' with the Bosses/Admin before the end of 2023, subject to availability.
  • Brunch will be provided by the Leader.

Important things to know about Gift Basket Chance Drawing:

  • Winning donator will be contacted by a Lockheed representative 

Official Contest Rules:

  • Charity Chance Drawing Beneficiary: Proceeds from this chance drawing benefit Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida. Main facility address: 411 Mercy Drive, Orlando, FL 32805.
  • Eligibility: Brunchn' with the Bosses Charity Chance Drawing and Gift Basket Chance Drawing is open only to legal residents of the contiguous 48 United States and D.C. who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Also, only Lockheed Martin employees are eligible. Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida employees and members of their households and immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses) are not eligible to participate in or win the drawing. All federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations apply. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, and where prohibited.
  • How to Enter: Any donation for Brunchn' with the Bosses (Suggested donation $10)(One entry per donation)(Only one entry per leader) begin on Monday, June 5, 2023 and end on Thursday, June 29, 2023 at approximately 11:59pm. Any donation for Gift Basket Chance Drawing(One entry per donation)(Only one entry per leader) begin on Monday, June, 5, 2023 and end on Thursday, June 29, 2023 at approximately 11:59pm Chances will be available for purchase online at Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida website: www.FeedHopeNow.org/ProjectMENU through Thursday June 29, 2023. Chances purchased online will be entered into the drawing, but no ticket stubs will be mailed. Upon issuance of a chance in the drawing, all sales are final and non-refundable. No purchase is necessary to enter. Participants may enter for a chance without purchasing by e-mailing Veronica J. Mucha, Events Specialist, at VJMucha@feedhopenow.org.
  • Grand Prize: The Brunchn' withe the Bosses Winners will be notified by July 2023. No pickup of certificate required. The Gift Basket Chance Drawing will be individually contacted/ selected to pickup their prize.
  • Selection and Notification of Winners: Winners will be selected by random drawing from all entries on Thursday, June 29, 2023, at approximately 1:00pm at Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida 411 Mercy Dr. Orlando, FL 32805 and notified via phone or email by Thursday, June 29, 2023. If potential winner(s) cannot be reached after 10 days from first notification attempt, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited.
  • Publicity Release: Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida may use winners’ names and likenesses for publicity purposes without further compensation or notification.
  • Release of Liability: Participants and winners release Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida and their respective partners, vendors, agents, representatives, board members, sponsors, service agencies and independent contractors, and each of their respective directors, officers, partners, employees and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability with respect to participation in the chance drawing and possession or use of the prize awarded and also acknowledge that they did not receive any representations, warranty or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize, including but not limited to its quality. In the case of any dispute, the decision of Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida shall be final.

Tax Obligations and Fees Associated with Prizes: Winners shall be responsible for any and all federal, state and local income or excise taxes associated with prize.  All taxes, resort fees, destination charges, any other costs that may be associated with the certificate, and all other expenses not specified herein and related to the acceptance and use of the certificate are winner’s sole responsibility.
